My location of files (it's default):

\gamebase\acorn atom\emulator\dosbox\dosbox.exe (same as dosbox-atom config file)

\gamebase\acorn atom\games\atom.exe (same as atom.ini)

So that's good location.

The problem You mention "class does not support..." in my opinion it's the most probably (99%) something bad with Visual Basic. I have not knowledge like creator of main engine of GameBase (Jimbo), but I'm sure for that. Worth to try:

1. deinstall GameBase, ewentually reboot PC (even if You think it's not necessary), install GameBase to folder different than Program Files and be sure that You install the newest version "03 June 2010", check About window after installation to verify version. If the problem is with .DLL file, it may help - less destructive solution

2. after installation run GBREGRUN.EXE as admin to start GameBase

if this didn't help, then...

3. You may have to dowload MDAC (SP1) from here:
http://www.brothersoft.com/microsoft-da ... 65963.html

but if You have Win'XP SP2, read this first very carefully and do what it says:
http://www.macropool.com/en/download/mdac_xp_sp2.html
I love Gamebase's creators and compilations

Class does not support automation or does not support expected interface.

So now i cannot eve
This is because you have started GB V1.2 after the installation of V1.3.
Use GBREGRUN.EXE in the GB V1.3 program folder to re-register the new DLL files.

this has loading problems due to the second part having no filename (could be a SPACE).
so it hangs on loading screen. :x
you must then
press f12 to reset machine
lo.""

i included a FROZEN version that works.

no, it's taken from a BASIC file dump of an original tape.
in a dutch collection. (tapes.zip)

i created the .ATM headers in a Hex editor.

Space Panic is supposed to be a rare game to find on the atom.
but we have it.

so i guess, it's common as mud now. :D

Hi all,

i have changed the script a little bit, using the new feature "ascii values" ,
and replaced the :
`r.+{2}%gamename_value%+{2} or +{=}r.+{2}%gamename_value%+{2}

with :
{C96}r.{C34}%gamename_value%{C34}

I've tested it with German Keyboard.

please can someone test it with US or other Keyboard-layout ?

you need the latest GB-Version to test it :
http://www.leesti.com/gamebase-setup-v1.3-full.exe
http://www.leesti.com/gamebase-setup-v1.3-update.exe

here is my last script, *.mdb, gemus.ini & Allgames.tap
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=Y1B5J7F2

thanks in advance
