I have 300+ files named blast001.d64, etc. which older versions of Gamebase 64 (from about a year ago) had no problem with. I could choose to run individual files from within the .d64 from the Gamebase UI.
After a reformat, new OS (WinXP/SP2) I decided to get back into the C-64 and got a new VICE and Gamebase.
Now I am absolutely clueless about how to get GB to recognize the .d64 files. There seems to be no database created and the thing wants me to plug in each individual game (300 d.64 files x 10 games per file - ain't gonna happen). Can't I get it to search the folder with the 300 .d64 files and create a database?
Welcome to the Gamebase 64 forums. An attempt to document ALL Commodore 64 gameware before it's too late!
Completely lost with blast001.d64
