Questron game locks up after playing a few mins.. Anyone have any suggestions?
This is after I switch disks and the character is loaded--no problem there, tho that took a lil while to figure out. I'm actually moving my little guy around the map when all of the sudden he stops moving. Pretty much happens at random, but it seems like the emulator freezes after I play for like two minutes. agh!
I did get the game to work on both GB64 and Vice, but I don't want to go fiddling with any options and making it worse..
I loved this friggin game back in the day, so any help in this area by those of you who have more experience would be much appreicated!

Still need help, but after some searching, I've found an article that stated Questron and about 44 other games work only on Vice. One less thing to check. However the same problem occurs when using Vice (default settings and misc other settings).
When the game doesn't crash for a while on its own, it seems like events in the game itself cause it to freeze up entirely, like talking to someone. While buying items seems to work, I can't figure for the life of me how actually bet in casino games.. Once again any advice much appreciated!

Since your problem isn't specific (i.e. happens randomly at different times), and you didn't expain what you are using, I have to ask these questions:
Are you using the GB version?
Are you using CCS64 v2.0b?
Are you using "True Drive Emulation" or "Run (Normal)" as it is called in CCS64?
Do you launch it through GB?
Do you have all cartridges "unplugged"?
Did you disable your Port 1 joystick?
Did you disable all drives besides drive 8?
Are you using PAL (not NTSC) mode?
