Commodore Free Issue #41

Tue Jul 06, 2010 11:12 am

I don't know about anyone else, but I had trouble opening the compressed D64. It opened with WinRAR, and the D64 is fine. It just seemed odd.

It wouldn't open as a compressed folder. I did let the web author know, I suppose it *could* have been me... but I doubt it! :)

later!

Well, no reply's so I guess it WAS me! :D Must've been having a rough night...

Unless not many people read or collect Commodore Free? I can't believe that! I think it's really very good! Lots of up to date info on current (and past) software and hardware, reviews, even programs (sometimes).

I particularly like the .D81 images for use with VICE. But, I download both.. .D64's are useful in other emulators (CCS64, Hox64, etc.) And, the PDF's are 'neat' too. Cheers to C=Free!! - Excellent job!
