Help with Kega Fusion

Now that Kega Fusion has command line support, I can use Gamebase to play Genesis games with no problem. But to play SMS or Gamegear games, I need to configure the script to open up the rom in SMS mode. If I click on a game in my SMS database list, it will come up with a black screen saying wrong checksum. Kega thinks it is Genesis because that is the default. Does anyone use Kega Fusion or Kega and have it in their Gamebase? Does anyone know how to write the script to have it go straight to -sms? I can't figure it out. Thanks.
