need help programming gemus for emu command line parameters

Is there anyone who could help walk me through setting up Gamebase's Gemus for specific emulators? Im not familary with writing script on emulators that don't have common Command Line Parameters... any help would be terrific..

Emulators

freezesms (Sega Master System)
Project 64 (Nintendo 64)
Neo Rage (Neo Geo)
ePSXe (playstation)

Use the C64 GEMUS scripts as good examples. The documentation is also very detailed on how to use GEMUS.
