Conflict in Vietnam

Hey there,

I've tried playing the version of Conflict in Vietnam on this site, and it works fine - until you've finish a scenario. Then it says:

press ? to get results

You then press ? and it brings up another message:

insert gamedisk to continue.

Despite the disk not changing. It looks like the old microprose copyprotection scheme as I've seen this in a few rips of other microprose games.

Can anyone provide a working rip which alllows you to go from a scenario back to the main menu (with it telling you how well you've done)?
