I forgot my password :/

Hi all!

I forgot my forum password and I'm not able to retrieve it. When using the Forgot Password feature I get this error message:

Ran into problems sending Mail. Response: 550 : Sender address rejected: User unknown in virtual alias table

I know my username 'Jael' is correct, and I think the email address is too, because when I enter a different email address it tells me that the username/password combination is not valid.

Can you guys help me somehow, please?

We are having problems with the email system. We cannot receive emails right now either. It has been down for over a week already.
