It seams that something is wrong with that ESI crack.
For example if you choose 2 player option, the computer will play alone for some hours, before you can play anything.

I answer myself.
I found a game manual and seems that presing "O" you can skip all these computer phase and enter orders.
Also pressing "8" will increase the pulse factor and spped up the computer phase.
