Karate Kid II is it Fist II B-side?

I noticed the (GB64-ID: 4048) game called Karate Kid II. It had a screenshot from Fist II B-side, originally titled Tournament (as far as I remember).
Is the Fist II B-side published, titled as Karate Kid II, or is this a mistake in the GBC?
Real hatred is timeless...

Karate Kid II is just a hack of Tournament with a title screen.
