Spelling mistake for Waterfall's programmer

Sat Nov 08, 2008 6:55 am

Hello,
I would like to point out that the programmer/musician for Italvideo's Waterfall is spelled Marco MARINAI (not Mariani).
Anyway, R.I.P. poor Marco. He died many years ago in a crash.
We still miss you, Marco :(

The spelling mistake was also in HVSC and was corrected for next update.
Anyway I won't be so sure he was also the author of the music.
The intro was ripped but atm I don't remember from which sid exactly.
The menu song is actually /MUSICIANS/J/JO/Geninus.sid
The in-game songs (not yet included in HVSC, will be in #49) have "strange" resemblance with
/MUSICIANS/B/Beat_Machine/Always_on_My_Mind.sid
and
/MUSICIANS/L/Link/Alf_Theme.sid
let's say the songs in waterfall are "remixes" ;)

Not to speak that we had to remove Dragons_kinkdom_loader.sid some updates ago because it was actually the same as /Ouwehand_Reyn/Sixth_Sense_Zax.sid

I really doubt at this point that he ever actually composed something.
