The forum memberlist shows some (presumably) duplicate members...should they be 'Deleted'?

I think the plan is to delete them, it will then be possible to change the in-use nickname to their original choice (if they want it that is). Though obviously for some nicks we would need the list of unused nicks they'd originally registered under...then we could get rid of the large number of dash nicks :?

I would, of course, also try to preserve you GB64-Points if you switch names.

I am registered twice
under Matt and -Matt, I can only speak for myself but it's not really my fault 8)

when I regisred under my usual nick Matt I didn't receive an email to confirm, so that is why I use -Matt instead.
so it might be better to delete Matt as I can't use that nick here anyway.

cheers

Me too. My first attempt was Jael, but I never received the activation email at my GMX account.
I then signed up as -Jael using Yahoo mail.

I'll switch over to Jael then whenever you get around to deleting duplicate names. And yes, I'd like to keep my 9 points :)
Thanks!

Yup... I have three nicks: Eloquence, Eloquence64 and -Eloquence. The first two can be deleted, and the last one needs a dashectomy without a GB-pointsectomy, please.
Excuse me for butting in, but I'm interrupt-driven.

I have - aah - let's just start:

Please delete:
#52 Squirrelking,
#67 Squirrel King,
#140 Thief of Fate,
#141 The Grue
#148 I am Grue
#150 -The Grue-

And rename #160 "-The Grue" to "The Grue" - the 2 collected points don't need to be transferred if it's extra-work.
Thank you very much.
And please tell everyone to use a yahoo.com address, so that their registrations work!

I don't think it is an email address problem, since Lemon had the same problem until he upgraded his phpBB forum.

You can also kill the following duplicates (caused by non-receipt of the activation e-mail):

My "rhpenland" account is a duplicate that can be deleted.

Thanks

please remove (or activate, dammit!) my Dohi (dohi@chello.hu) registration, which doesn't work, since the activation e-mail never arrived. then I can change my Dohi64 nick and my fake e-mail address. thank you...

Could you please also delete "Endurion" (without underscore), since that activation email never arrived too.

Or even better, switch my working "Endurion_" to "Endurion" plus keeping the points? :)
