Decided to release this as is.

SSF works pretty well if you use the same folders and daemon tools setup.

Yabause is a bit hit and miss with compatibility at the moment.
But is being updated regular.

no games included, just download, extract and link them.

some movie links don't work.
this is due to segagadomain moving 50 or so movie files from
./Game-videos02/ to ./Game-videos03/
and not fixing the link in the htm file.
These movies can be downloaded and linked directly if you have the 33GB of HD space.

Just in case it went under the radar, Mednafen now has Saturn emulation (x86_64 version only) and it blows all other Saturn emulators (including SSF) out of the water hands down.

http://mednafen.fobby.net/

It's commandline based though, no GUI.

Here's a few examples of games I have setup to run with scanlines:
Single disc games:

Code: Select all

mednafen.exe -ss.scanlines 40 -ss.special nn2x -ss.stretch aspect_int -video.driver opengl -video.glvsync 0 -video.blit_timesync 0 -ss.input.port1 3dpad -cd.image_memcache 1 -ss.cart auto [path to image]\(game).cue
Multi disc games:
Create a text document, then add your (game).cue files and save it as (game).m3u

Code: Select all

mednafen.exe -ss.scanlines 40 -ss.special nn2x -ss.stretch aspect_int -video.driver opengl -video.glvsync 0 -video.blit_timesync 0 -ss.input.port1 3dpad -cd.image_memcache 1 -ss.cart auto [path to image]\(game).m3u

While Saturn is only in the early stages of development in mednafen. The progress looks very promising indeed.
Definitely one to keep an eye on.

Maybe a bit of a noob question but how do you get your info tab icons to view at full size?
When I run the gamebase half of the icon is not shown and I cannot seem to find any way to increase the size of the tab.

I edited and recompiled the Gamebase source code for 32x32 icons.

It is not a feature you can select. :)
