Yes, I did. Tested with Win'7 and Win'XP.
When I ran it under Win'XP and I select ISO, I see message "No runnable files found in archive matching configured file types".
On Win'7 is "No configured filetypes".
My default emulator: Kega Fusion
"SupportedTypes=bin;cue;iso;mds"

Golden Torrent Weekend XIV will start at midnight GMT next Friday (May 21nd) and run until the end of the following Thursday (27th).
As always, during Golden Torrent celebrations the tracker treats Golden Torrents a bit differently. Basically:
• Anything downloaded on a Golden Torrent during the celebrations will not count towards your download amount!
• And to reward seeders: anything uploaded on a Golden Torrent during the celebrations will count as double towards your total upload amount!

Wait till next weekend....mcx997 wrote:

The funniest thing is that I started to download day before Your info about GOLDEN TORRENT and stopped after 35%, to not lose ratio too much
Thank You for pointing me on this
I tested several BIN + CUE games and it looks and sounds much better with CD-AUDIO sound

I configured GENS and KEGA FUSION properly - with BIOS'es and input configuration. When I try to run a game with KEGA FUSION directly from GAMEBASE, I see:
Tested on Win'7 x64 and Win'XP x32.
Ofcourse I can boot CD's and play games without GAMEBASE - directly with KEGA FUSION.
Part of Emulators.ini:

What else should I do to force GAMEBASE to running CUE's with KEGA FUSION ?[kega]

you could try extracting the game archive and relinking the game cue file from it's own directory.
also delete .BIN from the supported file types.
to make the file selection easier.
SupportedTypes=cue;iso;mds
make sure you only have 1 copy of fusion setup on C:
pref in the gamebase dir.
set Fusion options
CD drive = NONE
Perfect Sync = ON (tick)
this works 100% for both formats
iso/mp3
cue/bin

Updated all the screenshots for this.
now it has crisp aspect ratio perfect pictures.
plus other things.
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=DTD1O962
contains 2 MDB files
1) the original 420 Gamebase version updated for the screens.
2) relinked the CDs to their own DIR.
relinked Manuals from Golden torrent version.
you must setup the paths and emulator before running.
thanks 420 and douglie007 for the original.

just google the name of the SEGA CD game you want.
example
"3 Ninjas Kick Back (U)"
They are very easy to find, and widely available.
that's how i got 99% of the games.
PM me your email address for some download links.
and an invite to UG.
be warned the collection is over 65GB (for just the USA games).
close to 100GB if you get the Japanese Games as well.
so unless you have a super fast upload seed speed,
you will probably get your account banned before you finish downloading it.
