After seven years without updates, I proudly present Speccymania v5:

-More than 2.700 new games entries (View v5 games list: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1yhAOwb ... sp=sharing ) excluding new versions, alternate versions, new formats... Added CCSCGC crap games.
-Maps updated to 2020 from https://maps.speccy.cz. and WOS 2017 archive.org. Maps proportions of previous release fixed.
-RZX updated to 2020 from https://www.rzxarchive.co.uk.
-Updated rest of extras to 2020 from websites and WOS 2017 archive.org.
-Added covers re-released, soundtracks, badgets, stickers, keyboard overlays, documents, code sheets... from WOS 2017 archive.org...
-Added a hundred of Kempston mouse compatible games.
-Added 340 ULAplus games.
-All-tipshop-pokes compilation by Lady Eklipse included.
-Emulators updated.
-And some ULAplus demos, music and books as extras.

I'm sorry I didn't have time to search planet sinclair website 2016-18 years for more MIA games and spectrumcomputing for new nice covers and other extras, but I wanted to release Speccyamnia v5 as a gift (but not from the gods) before this awful year is over. Maybe for a next update.

Yes, I could have been more careful renaming and sorting GB files... but Speccymania will be as it is. Lately I felt I could keep on updating to the end of the days. :D

OK, here it is...

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1tVHZXE ... sp=sharing (1GB)
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1fCTawf ... sp=sharing (1GB)

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1TgU--m ... sp=sharing (1GB)
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ZGO6fP ... sp=sharing (587 MB)

As always, edit GB paths if needed.

Greetings to .mad, Sparky, OX, Dax, Seiya and all the GB makers. And to everyone who loves old videogames.

Merry Christmas and fight the thing with smiles. :D

TRD with ZXSpin?
Yes, that's possible and should work already.
TRD will only work with Pentagon / Scorpion machine.

Depending on the disk, it may also need BOOT.B file to help auto run the game file.
There are hundreds of boot files available.
simply copy one onto the disk.
If the file BOOT.B exists on the disk it will autorun when Pentagon is selected.

If not you will have to select TRDOS from the Pentagon bios menu.
then TYPE the load command.
pressing "K"
  • will show the directory.
the filenames are case sensitive and must be typed exactly as shown.
    example
    file "3Dpool" <B>

    RUN "3Dpool"
using gamebase to send these mixed case names is a nightmare.
so it's best to HEX edit or rename the game file name.
    "3Dpool" = "boot"

Sir Clive Sinclair, father of my beloved ZX Spectrum, has died. Rest in peace.
