GB64 Recommended Games...

Pole Position
Neo-Rio says: I liked Pole Position when I was younger. It was a fun racing game I played for hours on end. Look how bad it's dated!

3D Pool
Neo-Rio says: Arguably the best billiards game on the C64. The graphics are great, and the computer opponents are pretty good players too.

Elite
Steve says: The mother of all space trading games. Great game, you begin to live in the large universe of this game as soon as you begin playing. Still remember how i earned enough money to get my docking computer, manual docking into a space station was bloody frustrating ;-)

IK+
Pugsy says: The ultimate c64 fighting game, simply a masterpiece!

Siren City
Neo-Rio says: Graphically challenged, but fun game. A very old and distant relative to "Grand Theft Auto"

Chuck Yeager's Advanced Flight Trainer
Neo-Rio says: This is without a doubt, THE best flight simulator on the C64. Not only is the game in polygon 3D, but you get to have plane races and perform trick manoeuvers like a test-pilot.

Battle Command
Neo-Rio says: The best tank simulation on the Commodore 64. Some really fast polygon graphics - and the computer will really give you a hard time too.

Seven Cities of Gold
Matt Larsen says: This was the first adventure game that truly hooked me. When I was a kid I always had to create new worlds, as my pirated copy never had the original map disk!

Paradroid
Pugsy says: This game is most people's top ten, a classic and definitely Andrew Braybrook's finest hour (which is saying a lot in itself!)
