The DICE emulator has been updated, so i've updated the Gamebase.

What's new:

DICE Emulation of Breakout added to extra's

New Game entry: TV Basketball by Midway

Adam has updated his excellent discrete logic arcade emulator, so I have updated User42's Gamebase as well.

Changes:

Attack from Exidy now added

Anti-Aircraft from Atari now added

Breakout now emulated in DICE with the colour overlay so this is now the default version.

Small update

Found a simulator for Death Race so I've added it to the Gamebase.

Note: I have also put 2 old simulators for Tennis For Two and OXO in this Gamebase they are not discrete logic arcade machines but old analogue computers. I don't want them in a Gamebase on their own so I put them in this one, feel free to delete them from the Gamebase if you feel they don't 'fit'.
